He has gained experience from working in a number of clinics across Northern New South Wales, South Eastern Queensland, Canberra and Victoria. In addition to his Osteopathic training, Pete is a qualified personal trainer and clinical Pilates instructor, and often incorporates these modalities into his practice to facilitate client recovery.

Pete was fascinated with osteopathy due the dynamic treatment approach for treating musculoskeletal pain. He prides himself on offering experienced pragmatic management strategies coupled with clear communication. Pete’s treatments focus on pain relief, improved functionality and the promotion of patient resilience. His style of treatment blends classic osteopathic with modern rehabilitation techniques. Pete uses a wide range of methods including trigger point work, strain counter strain, mobilisation, manipulation, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation.

His own experience of a debilitating neck injury resulting in a C5/6-disc bulge and four years of unrelenting pain has moulded him into the Osteopath he is today. In addition to having a great deal of empathy for his patients, he learnt a considerable amount about pain; and what works and doesn’t work when treating it.

Pete sees a wide range of presentations from injury recovery, sports performance, chronic issues and generalist management, including paediatric clients aged five years and over. He integrates his experience with personal training and pilates to best solidify ongoing pain relief.
