Massage, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine

A therapeutic deep tissue massage technique, focusing on relieving chronic muscle tightness and supporting the body’s healing process after injury. This treatment can also be incorporated with acupuncture, cupping and heat therapy to assist in reducing recovery time.

A relatively painless therapy utilising very fine needles which are strategically placed into acupuncture points along the meridians of the body. Traditionally used to assist in the treatment of conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, digestive health, immune support, women’s health including menstrual and hormonal health and mental wellbeing including anxiety, depression and addiction.

Sessions include a complete review of the patients overall health and assessment of tongue, pulse, abdomen and any diet or lifestyle factors which may be contributing to disease. Treatment may also include the prescription of herbs and supplements to assist the body through its healing process. Rather than treating symptoms, Chinese medicine focuses on finding the underlying pattern which is contributing to the formation of disease. By incorporating diet, exercise and lifestyle changes with treatments clients are empowered to make the changes necessary to maintain their desired state of health.
